Overview
All sales are final, therefore no refunds will be permitted. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means in the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to exchange the product, provided that the customer contacts us within 7 days of receiving the product and provides photographic evidence of the defect or damage. The customer must also return the product to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused, within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the defective or damaged product, we will inspect it to confirm the issue. No exchanges will be accepted beyond the 7 day time limit. This is only for the purpose of product exchange. If you return your purchase, you will have to exchange it with an item of the same value or more. If the replacement product costs more, then the customer will be eligible to pay the amount in excess.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, meaning unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at orders@quorae.com only. We will only accept an exchange if item has a problem or mistake made on our side. You cannot return an order because you changed your mind, for example, as all sales are final. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All returns will be for exchange, as no refunds are to be issued.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these criteria or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive. We also reserve the right to modify or terminate this exchange policy at any time without notice.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
No refunds will be provided.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you via email from orders@quorae.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
