ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow a 1 business day processing time for synthetic hair orders and 7 business days to process 100% human hair orders. Overnight shipping orders will have a few hours of processing time if orders are placed before 11am.
STORE PICKUP – [15 Brickfield Road, Salt River, 7925]
Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am – 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to pick up an order without receiving a pick up notification. Proof of your order in the form of your pick up notification will be required at pick up.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping
Orders are generally handed over to one of our shipping providers i.e: Aramex within 1-3 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of R110 applies to orders shipping to all locations within South Africa. This means packages can take a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 6 days to reach South African addresses using the standard shipping option.
Overnight Shipping (not applicable to human hair products)
Overnight shipping only applies to synthetic hair orders. Orders are delivered on the next business day. To receive on the actual following day, the order must be placed at 11am or before [e.g. place your order at 10am on Tuesday morning on 1 March, and receive the package on Wednesday 2 March]. Should you place your overnight shipping order after 11am, you will not receive it the following day, because all overnight orders are handed to our shipping provider at 12pm. [e.g you place an overnight shipping order at 11:30am on Tuesday 1 March, you will receive your package on Thursday 3 March. Please note, business days do not include the weekend therefore, you can choose only count week days when determining when you are going to receive your package. A flat rate shipping fee of R295 applies to orders overnight shipping to all locations within South Africa.
International Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order for synthetic hair and 7-10 business days for 100% human hair. Thereafter orders are generally handed over to one of our shipping providers i.e: DHL [their delivery standard differs depending which country we will be shipping to]. Different shipping rates apply to different locations outside South Africa starting at R700.
